Minimum Level for Ranked??

As the title suggests, should there be a minimum level to enable you to play ranked? Hear me out. 

It's not so much a rant but I think it will help more with teammates leaving early whether it's before the game starts after they drop etc. and even reduce people dropping solo. 

I'm not so sure if people are creating new accounts solely for ranked but the amount of levels 20 and under I am seeing is crazy. If I switch back to regular play I see a good mix. Obviously a fair few people would have already ranked up so won't be in the lower levels but likewise I'm sure a lot will have only just started out to. 

The most obvious problem (among others) I'm seeing when paired with the lower leveled players is the jumpmaster dropping too late and landing after everyone else, similarly if I'm jumpmaster I ping a location but noone acknowledges or pings elsewhere for them to then to jump solo. This can be very frustrating and I can understand why players will maybe leave rather than stick around.

So I'm not saying it should be level 50 or anything like that but even 20 or above I feel will help the situation. That or persevere until you manage to bypass the lower levels which I believe happens for the next season no?
