@1ronKeys I'm surprised you still play bud. I've honestly quit and just lurk on the boards waiting for more good changes to come out. Nothing else to do? What's goin' on here?
- 6 years ago@pastaclown I just want it to be enjoyable again. I only keep coming on because i want to post my ultimate 'why constant rubbish teammates means I'm quitting', but i end up no time to post and dont wanna post whilst raging.
I got something else to do, but gets a bit late to do it, so reserve this time for "chill / fun" .. apex used to be the game i played after games, for a more lighthearted enjoyable time. But now i don't want to play it. It's unenjoyable.- 6 years ago
i am waiting for chapter 2 btw , go on !

@1ronKeys I feel you, I remember back in Preseason, S1 and 2 when I'd play this game for hours at a time, constantly having fun and improving. Every season since 3 has just felt like a chore to play. I worked my rear off to be good, not even great or professional level, just good, and the matchmaker matches me with some smooth brained, drooling, "I'm the next Shroud despite the fact I never practice and average 150 damage a match!", type of player.
PS, S1, S2, no complaints about teammates or who I was matched up against. It's completely random, crap happens, I have no faith in my teammates but I'm gonna work my rear off and try to carry against whatever they throw at us because that's how you get better. 4.5 K/D PS, 4.0 S1, 3.5 S2. As more people get better, my K/D went down, which was fine, it never dropped below 3.5.
S3-6. There's absolutely NO way these people are similarly skilled in any aspect. No aim, poor decision making, poor reaction time, poor planning and rotations, etc. etc. How do I get better from here when I constantly play against the best (Diamonds / Masters / Preds, I even fought Aculite and crew in a game 1v3 and got a knock), yet get matched up with these people? 2.5 K/D S3, 2.2 S4, 2.1 S5, 1.98 S6.
