(Following your approach on the Japanese servers, you should have removed those loot box items entirely instead of selling them in another way.) This proves that you have the ability to compensate players for their losses but choose to do nothing. I'm very curious—what kind of insurmountable technical difficulty is there in reissuing expired items via email? I believe that the players still playing Apex are those who deeply love this game, but your actions are undoubtedly accelerating Apex's decline.
