My id has been banned cause third people have hacked my id and used a cheat program.
I last played this game on the 5th of September. When I come back to play on September 28th, I can't log in to origin. So I went in to change the password and was able to play the game normally. When I came to play on the 4th of October I can enter the game normally. But when looking for Match, when entering the room, it was bounced off and said that the ID was banned. So I checked my email and got a message sent on October 2nd saying that I was banned for using a cheat program. So I thought that someone else was playing with my ID and using a cheat program. Please help check and unban my ID, please.
