New ranked system

I been playing apex for almost 7-8 years now and I’m very unpleased with the new ranking system fixes. I do feel like the the matchmaking does need fixing. Many times. I’ve queued into a match as a plat1 player with my friend in gold rank and we get into a game with 3 predator and master squads. And that’s with this new update. So I don’t get how that makes my match making balanced. At the same time anytime whos played Apex knows going from diamond 4 to diamond 3 is very hard and so on and so forth. So I don’t think diamond 4s should be solo queue. The whole point of apex is so it’s a team game to communicate as a group and win. The realistic fix is to add a seperate game mode like in rocket league or nba 2k one with squads and solo queue. As a diamond ranked players I can’t play with my friends however I’m subject to being in a lobby of 3 platinum players who are grouped up doesn’t make sense. And hope it gets fixed soon
