Not recieved items after buying battle pass season 18

Hi, I did not get my battle pass unlocked on buying season battle pass. It still shows locked.  My 950 apex coins gone ?!!! I also bought next season 19 pass.. that is not showing as bought as wel...

Yeah RL .

The season 19 is like a benefit of 50 stars or something u get if u purchase early. SO thats not the issue. Its mainly that sesaon 18 BP is not reflecting. I am on level 48 and no premium items are unlocked inspite of BP purchase.

I just researched this Pre-order and you were correct!

So with that being said you need to go to EA Support and email them this issue so they can take a look into this.

However,

it could be a bug or glitch due to this new option they added.
