Octane should have the ability to move faster

Octane should move 10% faster, than all other legends; at all times; in general. This would be a much more fitting passive than his regeneration. Make his tactical stim take only ten or five health from him.

    @GreenxxFire Agree, he is a speed legend... a 10% increase would make him so much more effective. He would be the only character in the game with the ability to move faster... I personally hate it when I have an octane on my team because they are usually so toxic and offer nothing...

    If I had it my way, I would have octane med, revive and reload quicker than any other legend... not by loads but just by a slight amount making him so much more useful to the game and the squad...

    @hayhor or they'll give him the Lifeline treatment, remove solo stimming, change ulti into Q, and then replace ulti with a speed boost pad that works for your teammates and not you.
