Hey guys, so today i hit lvl 37 hoping to get my first legendary item on 30th pack, but i didn't. It says guarantee legendary in 30 packs, i've opened 30 packs and nothing... also from 30 packs i've got like 3 or 4 epic items only. Thinking about creating new acc. Any ideas?

I don't care whether other people spend money on the game in the same way as You shouldn't care that I haven't spent money on the game! What is wrong with you? We are supposed to be a community! Just face the facts. It is inevitable that some people will spend $10, $20, $100, etc. And whether that is me or you, it is supporting Respawn right? Just because you think something should happen doesn't mean it will nor does it mean it needs to. You wouldn't make a homeless man give money to charity when he has no stable income in the same way as it is wrong to force an opinion upon someone or stop them from supporting or doing something they love. If you want to spend your money then that is fine. If you don't... Wait for it... IT'S FINE! Just don't boast to people that you just bought 500 apex packs and expect no comebacks. I came here because I am having the same problem as the first guy, not to have an argument. FFS!

I will more than happily spend money on this game when the Battle Passes are out, but I am more and more tempted to splash some support on the less value-for-money apex packs too.In response to that little explosion someone had all emotional and triggered - you do you, whatever you want, everyone knows that. But do not spread the message 'don't spend a single dollar on this game, you can just cheap it out, use it up, complain on forums and then go to the next free game for a couple of months'. Devs did an incredible job with Apex Legends, and if I have fun, I will always support the team, provided I'm happy with the way they update, patch and add new content.I don't think a person with serious financial problems or a 13-yo kid with poor parents should feel obliged to spend, but to keep this real, there are also a lot of people who don't want to support because of excuses and being stingy - sure, almost no-one is a millionaire, but many take the game for granted too. If you look at your spending patterns, I'm sure you'll find random $10 wastes of money for momentary pleasure, some drinks at the bar, some food in the restaurant, some other lame purchases, so for someone to say they can't afford a one-off $10 battle pass for 3 months, they really must be ones of the very few financially disabled people out there, and then it's totally cool not to support.

Opened 30 apex packs and didn't get any legendary item.

you are right there is bad luck protection that says you cannot open more than 30 packs without receiving a legendary item, but this wouldn't be any item at legendary rarity, including legendary crafting materials

I spent $40 and have 2 Legendary gun skins.
Nothing is guaranteed, the pack chance rate is listed right there in front of you. People need read and understand the the risks and odds before they purchase.

Why would you buy a RnG pack, expecting to get something?

Your issue specifically, I'd probably guess you had some free packs you opened and those are NOT guaranteed.

The game promises you a legendary item in 30 packs. So RNG has nothing to do with it anymore if you open 30 packs and get nothing. So you're whole comment makes no sense. I'm having the same problem, no legendary after 30 packs. I'm level 41 by now.

If it is like that your family probably should not have spent money on a pc or gaming console that 300 to 500 dollars could have been spent in much better ways just bringing this up since you made it super dramatic
that at all being said no reason anyone should have to spend money on a free game that is why it is free
