Overturned ban but still not able to play Apex

Hey ,

My account got banned lastly for no reason. I contacted EA and after investigation , I received an email saying I have to reset my password etc and my ban history says my ban got overtuned. Excellent , but now after changing my password and loging in , Im still not able to play anything , whenever I get to a matchmaking same thing happens , I get error the account is banned . How do I fix that while EA overturned my BAN ? Tried to contact EA about this but still did not get an answer !

  • @EA_Aljo How to open a live chat ? the link you sent me only shows how to create a case and send email , no live chat . I already sent an email and already got a case but I wanted a quick fix or tip

    @AQ-SHARP 

    When you create a case, you should get that option. Choose Manage My Account > Can't log in. That should give you the option for a callback or chat.
