Spyglass - can zoom with his eyes to scout. Someone suggested it a while back

'Reduced the grapple projectile velocity by 33 percent, meaning it takes a fraction of a second longer to connect the grapple to the wall. The behavior once you're connected remains the same.' that's what I could find in S3 patch notes

@ILostT0Loba The spyglass passive isnt anything special. He needs something good. Maybe the same no slow fall thing horizon has? He is a robot after all.
