PC using controller aim assist vs Xbox/PS5 aim assist

Is it me or does it feel like when you use a controller on pc it doesnt feel like it has any aim assist but on a console it does? Am I going crazy?

No. There is a variable in the coding for aim assist. On PC that value is .4, and on console it is .6. Console has stronger aim assist than PC, with lower FPS being the reason given.

@CCbathwater It isnt tho. It allows friends to play together. Issue is people need to blame something for their deaths. Aim assist is an easy target.

@hayhor Issue is there is a different aim assist.

Really don't care about friends playing together, if it's at the expense of someone else's choice i.e. majority of pc players
