Please nerf valk

I can't even select her anymore now that everyone is using her. I'd like a nerf just to scare people away. I spent the night going bowling with Maggie which actually was pretty fun.

@hayhor Maggie is great. Totally slept on. I started playing her for the sole reason that no one was picking her so I could pick her every time. Just wait, the Maggie is OP videos will start dropping soon..

Did the same with Bloodhound back when until people realized he was good.

100% agreed she needs serious nerfing, though I wonder: will her algs pick rate influence her overall pickrate? If "the kids" see that she's a feature of every single pro team does that influence them to go on a Valk spree? Not really sure how that works, but if there's no correlation, and her pickrate stays "normal" then is there any incentive for them to cool her off a little? Or a lot, I hope?

@reconzero Right now it's a perfect storm. She just had her heirloom and she is in every algs team. The heirloom spike typically wears off when the character is bad but my fear is people are finding out she is crazy good and it won't wear off. Every solo q team I'm in has a valk with an heirloom. They made so much money off this last event.

@Sand_spitter Yeah I've avoiding even trying Maggie due to the personality. It's so toxic. But I had a couple challenges to do and I had a couple eye opening moments. Pking a masters wraith and newcastle to the lobby due to the movement speed with it and then this horizon 😀

@hayhor The fact that she's in every algs team is a good thing actually imo, because she allows more variety for the other two picks, as she's a movement and utility legend at the same time.

Yeah, I also avoided her because I thought she was "abrasive". Turns out most of her voice lines are actually pretty chill - half of them I don't even understand lol.

I would, again, be happy if they simply buffed other characters. Like nearly all of them. The problem with Valk is that she's too good. But honestly, all characters should be as good and as fun as she is.

I love how the Valk mains over on reddit, keep on volunteering to have their Ultimate cool down increased. When they know it's more than just her ult that's the problem. Her jetpack need a nerf too, they need some extra time before they start refilling.
What's sad is that the devs know she needs multiple nerfs, but will apply them one at a time in between seasons to try and minimize the fan boy outcrys.

I would say it's because they can't admit they made a mistake. Which is weird because they kind of did with Seer. Seer, who still should be removed from the game.
Seer is my favorite character to leave 'feedback' with.

@DankTolietShe's broken by design. I don't think nerfs will fix her.

Side note - The devs even said before her release she might be OP, that was 3 seasons ago and they left it like that.

But yeah I can imagine all those dudes stressing to have their easy wins taken away from them. Those are the same dudes that fought tooth and nail "ShE's nOt ThAt sTrOnG!" whenever anyone brought it up.

Aaah but really, at this point it's whatever. Nerf no nerf they can do whatever. This is why I stopped playing meta legends and being dependent on their abilities for wins - it literally makes you a worse player and you will realize that once that nerf hammer lands.
