Prime skin-Wraith Queen of Heart doesn't show up

I've been claiming prime skins without any issue but today, I claimed it, installed the patch, login in but it doesn't show up. I power cycle PS4 and still no luck. Anybody has same issue ?

@asukojo I got mine right away. Also got a bunch of notifications for stuff I already had. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of time to show up.

It is awful looking.

@hayhor Do you install the patch first then claim the skin ?

That skin is so...ugly. I mean, they could have done it on another model, or just done it better. Sorry it isn't showing up tho.

@asukojo I think I claimed while the patch was downloading. Not sure. Doubt it has anything to do with that. I've had skins take 3 days to show up.
