Prime skin-Wraith Queen of Heart doesn't show up
I've been claiming prime skins without any issue but today, I claimed it, installed the patch, login in but it doesn't show up. I power cycle PS4 and still no luck. Anybody has same issue ?

I claimed the skin 3 days ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've gotten the other things I've claimed so I don't know what the issue can be.
Somehow the "LINK Game Account" keep showing up, eventhough I already linked it multiple times but the website doesn't recognized/stored it.
This most likely the bug that causing it.
