Pros vs casuals

Albralelie recently tweeted out if the pros pushed a chang into apex that made the game worse. A lot of the reponses were on the Caustic and Horizon nerf. I think tweet is a response to the recent movement to nerf melee in apex. Do you guys think that Respawn caters to them too much?

    @Cheese9Man Unclear? they were all crying about it. And the last nerf was for end game. Who plays out every match at end game? Pros. Pubs dont usually get to end game so those people wouldnt be complaining. Only pros and highest ranked would and who plays the highest ranked that has a voice? Pros.

    @bosourd  To be fair with the kraber, it is a WMD, it is the very definition of OP.

    If I manage to get this thing you know people are gonna die lol. That being said....I rarely get killed by it, I guess nobody is aiming for the head these days?

    @MandatoryIDtag I'm not sure, I can say that I'm pretty good with it, could hit to around 7/12 including headshots here and there.

    But since the decreased on spawn chance, maybe people don't bother anymore to switch to it because it most likely only 2 or 3 squads left when it shows up. Unless all of them are camping hard. But in pubs, yeah I don't see a lot. They might also have lost their grip because they don't use it as much.

    I agree it's OP, like it's supposed to be. It makes the match more interesting, you got that adrenaline trying to peek but not get hit. The thing with pros is that they hate it right? because you can get downed and your squad can get wiped out in seconds.

    That being said, exactly proves my point, if they removed it completely, it's gonna ruin the game for most of the player base, the casual players.

    Unless the devs have a way to separate pros and casual loot etc (or something like that), we all just going to have these dramas all the time.

    @ILostT0Loba The funny thing about that.. Everyone was complaining about the lack of footsteps when it was a major issue. Yet, they want a legend who can do that. I don't know anyone who likes being killed by someone they did not hear walking up on them.

    @bosourd I won't pick up the Kraber anymore unless I'm solo and hoping to annoy the remaining 3-4 squads. The gun is just useless IMO. It's big, it's bulky and slow. Half the time that I find it, it's late game and just has no use because the ring is not big enough, or the ring will be too small to use it.
