Use custom setting then change meele button to a button you never touch during fight and tell us how it goes.
I had exactly the same problem and never happen anymore now.
@Maakaa_97 Regarding your havoc without turbo charger, my feeling is you tuck your weapon, then you see enemy, you pull weapon and click shooting at same time (shock reflect).
In that scenario, sometimes, they weapon hasn't fully drawn yet, so your shooting is register as meele since they game consider you don't have your weapon is fully drawn.
Options to fix it:
1. Standard stock attachment help weapon handling, try to get purple, you should have less problem.
2. Make sure your weapon fully out before start shooting, hide/zigzag first then start shooting.
3. Have your weapon draw when you're in building/near enemies so you're ready to shoot.

Standard Stock (LMG, AR, SMG)
- Common: Improves handling and reduces aim drift.
- Rare: Quicker handling & moderate aim drift reduction.
- Epic: Fast handling & large aim drift reduction.
I don't have this problem since my reflect is extremely slow....shame on me :P
