any resolution, i've been waiting a month. Honestly it should be a crime, especially when you spend money.
Yeah, they didn't gave me a ban email immediately.I assumed my account was safe before playing and spent abit on season 7 stuff. It was after the purchase that I tried to play online and it said my account was banned. Even EA help at the time said my account didn't have a ban status. Like, who would spend money on purpose when you know your account isn't playable? Ive been waiting for 3 weeks now.
Same... i didnt play apex after ive finished my lvl 110 battle pass and ive tried to play season 8 yesterday and it says im banned ☹️ . When i looked in the Club's Log i saw that someone played my acc in ranked( in chinese letters) fews days ago and now im banned..sadge.
Its so funny how all these theards are popping up after one of the known apex cheats got detected :D 95% of the people in this theard are blatant cheaters who try to go with the "I got hacked" approach like its gonna get you unbanned..
I had a friend that actually got hacked and hes account ended up getting banned. If you never hacked from your PC your gonna be just fine they will unban you after you make your appeal.
But for most of you in this theard they obviusly do a big controll to check if hwid ids etc were diffrent while your account was "hacked"
So if you never hacked you have nothing to worry about they will get you unbanned trust me =)
But for all you cheaters in this theard claiming to be "hacked & banned" if your speaking the truth then get some security on your accounts for real... Getting hacked in 2021 is near impossibole with a few security steps lol@XraXraXraXraXraX Did your friend get unbanned? I got hacked and banned. I've made an appeal, and I've waited 10 days so far. I've talked to EA both through live chat and phone call, but when I ask them to check my login activity, they say that all because I secured the account (set up two-factor authentication, changed password etc) after I noticed I had been hacked, they can't track the IP addresses. I've talked to three people from EA who told me that. So how is the ToS team gonna be able to check? I have not been hardware-banned. I made a new account to see for myself, and I can play as normal.
