Basically your only free way is to keep creating new accounts, leveling those up to grind out the 45 or so free packs you can get untill you get the one you want.

Be sure to stock up on food and razors cause you'll probably shave your beard a couple of times before you get it.

Its a 0.2% drop chance btw.
