Yes, check out the patch notes, from my personal experience, it hurts quite a lot more.
You really cant afford to heal outside of the ring while running to the zone anymore starting with round 3.
You'd need a fast heal backpack, and a ton of syringes to survive if you didn't start running ahead of the ring.
