I don't know, from what the pros use and from what I use, 2 CQC weapons is viable but not if everyone on the team is stacking both. 

You need range to keep them away and if you let them get too close, the only thing to blame is yourself and team. I sometimes run PK and R99 or a mix of that and yes it's powerful but my team has to be able to get up close to the enemy which isn't always easy when being poked at by 1-2 snipers.
