How they communicate, now i'm not expecting every player to use mic chat, but there's a ping system for a reason. If they only use it when they're downed "usually because they didnt ping an enemy to start with" and proceed to hammer their ping button through the floor then they're trash. If they are on mic chat and getting mouthy they also get left to their own devices.
Positioning and movement, people who run in straight lines or stand still are no use to me. People pay no attention to their environment are no use to me.
Shooting ability, now if my team can't shoot to great i can cope with it...unless they don't pass any of my requirements above. In which case they're on their own....i ain't getting myself lit up to save you.
Coming strong right out of the gate ID. You’re not leaving alot for others to add :P I agree wholeheartedly but the part I boldened & underlined just takes the cake. No ping whatsoever... Even if they suddenly find themselves near an enemy. It’s not that hard to ping but most times they just go somewhere while we are going somewhere else or looking somewhere else and suddenly hearing “ahhh getting shot” and “I’m down” followed by button mashing like they’re in a QTE.
The normal underlined part is me either just D/Cing or leaving them
