@Arcanaqt sorry to break the news to you, but the background processes running is exactly what EAC looks at for cheats. If you run the same apps as before, your new account will most likely get the ban hammer too.
Things to be aware of and check into yourself;
Any mouse and keyboard drivers running other than the standard Windows OS?
Any malware, custom scripts, or helper programs? They could be something non-Apex related, such as a macro key to adjust your volume, etc. Send tech support a list of your background tasks and ask them which one got you the ban.
Probably the best way to avoid getting banned is to reboot the PC without anything other than Windows 10 or 11 running. The EAC works like a virus scanner to log cheats, but has the probability to return a false positive. No software is 100% error free. Humans are suppose to review these logs and make the final decision.
If or when I ever get the ban hammer dropped on me, they just lose me, I won't be here to rant about it. In fact, since starting this game in April and buying this season battlepass, it has become very redundant. Fun game but very repetitive. I will probably finish out this season and take a long recess from playing.
