Re: remove flatline single fire

@PeterN_UK It has been there a long time. At one point there was even a hop up that made single fire more powerful. The hop up was also used in the R301.

At this point, due to the buffs, I prefer a hemlock more when I dont have a sniper but I wont pass up a flatline.
