Yeah this is lowering the TTK.
You an try to twist the true by any means, this isn`t going to make you right, because your not.
Even the Devs said they are lowering the TTK.

This is not my opinion, this is a Dev note, so you can continue live in denial as long as you want, its still not going to change, they are lowering the TTK.
Also playing with an EVO in most case was in a very small amount of the time. You were spending most of your time with a regular armors.
Just like your not spawning with a purple armor, so as much as you are trying, when you are fighting, you will be with less HP/Armor most of the time compare to the previous season with similar armor.
P.P. Originally you pick a purple and you was with 200 hp, currently you pick an purple you are with 175. In order to get to 200, you need to do 500 damage when your on purple. But you also have to keep in mind you are going to armor swap in a lot of situation, so its not going to be that easy.
And still originally with fully Evo, you are still going to be 25 hp less.
Evo shields are from season 4 as well so ....
So... was everyone missing 90% of their bullets with the R99 or was everyone using cheats and hitting 90% of their bullets with the R99? And for that matter, if all the other guns are so much better than R99 was then why were all the 'cheaters and scripters' using the R99 instead of all those superior guns?

And where did i say all the other guns are much better than R99 ? I was talking specifically about that people that are fair and can wrecked you with 1 mag for full, they can do it with Flatline, R301, Havoc, and so on.
And when did i say the cheaters and scripters are using only R99 ?

@LordloshBang brutal truth is, Shiv aint really among the best MnK players on PC, those left Apex seasons ago. Shiv is good, but quite far ahead from the best.
Like mendo/dizzy. And compare current top ImperialHal/Albralelie/Reps to Shiv. I mean they are quite afar when it comes to aim.
Does not really suprise me that there are a lot of people out there who have a better aim than Shiv. If you told me that every new streamer had a mendo/dizzy aim - that would have been indeed strange.

I don`t know about mendo, because i was not following him, but dizzy was acussed by many that he was using all kind of macros and soft cheats and even aimbot.
Same for Aceu. And i can tell there was a lot of cases where they were pretty blatant, but who knows.
I was following Diegosaurs, and i can tell for sure he was using no-recoil script/macros, maybe even soft aimbot or so.
He was using Havoc with no scope for like 50-100+ meters distance, and doesn`t missing a shot. This was from one of his stream in Season 5 with the new recoil, he suddenly learn it in a hour, and start lasering people with it. Go try it when your moving and your enemey is moving, your going to miss a lot of shots, and 100% the first few. Even if you manage to counter the initial kick your going to over or under aim in the next shot, yet his shots were going straight up. When you are in a bigger distance, recoil kicks way harder, thats why i can tell who is cheating or not.
You can tell me story all you want, but it was obvious no-recoil macro/script.
And yeah before a lot of years, there wasn`t so many top FPS players, now suddenly every new streamer has a god tier aim, and ain`t missing a shot, ain`t missing a mark on his recoil.
You can believe in what you want, for me its obvious, all kind of macros/cheats.
Just like compare top 1.6 CS Pro players to now. And the difference is ? In most cases the famous aimlock.
I can give you a prove with videos, but my post will be straight up delete it.
You can youtube or google search for it, and you will see no one is getting ban for a macro use. There is a big thread for it, you can read it, and starting to see the true.
