@Bigheader1 Apex Legends is a free game last I checked. I am not a salesman, I don't engage in toxic behavior therefore I haven't been banned for it. If he really likes the game I 100% recommend this so he can continue playing. Play without a mic, and don't type inappropriate messages to avoid such punishments.

@DankToliet Yes you are right it's free game but when you have account with games that you paid for or you bought a pass or coins to the game for real money then it's not free like you said. They will terminate your account with other games without warning as punishment for behavior in Apex Legends which is hilarious compared to other services.

My second answer si for your "play without mic and don't type" that's not a solution for toxic community. You should be penalizing both ways or nothing and not telling in your TOS that you are lazy to implement punishment for voice chat and just mute them. But not for text chat where you can use mute button too. And being banned permanently isn't punishment but a way for EA to make money from customer for buying things again on new account so that's why I said if you are salesmen from EA.

@Bigheader1 avoiding behavior outlined in the terms of service is a great way to ensure you continue playing the games you love. If someone is toxic to you, report them, move on, don't engage, win win win win!

@DankToliet avoiding it by just muting manually everyone is the dumbest TOS rule I have ever read. And I read them more just to being curious in other games I play and none of them will say "just mute them we are lazy to solve it" about voice chat.
