@hhnbbfggty66 You cant criticize low TTK and then not want downshields. Warzone going down you are dead as all the enemy has to do is keep firing. Getting revived on there is a miracle. It is one of the many differences between these two games where Apex is better. They screwed up the gold shield spawn the first week, admitted it and fixed it so using that as reasoning doesnt work now.
@hayhor I'd rather they leave knockdown shields as is, but remove Gold Knockdown passive and swap it for something else. Way too many lost fights where I had successfully 1v3, but the first guy I knocked comes up out of nowhere and kills me.
Big issue with Gold Knockdown is that checking for it wastes valuable time, and not checking for it opens you up to being shot in the back by a player you've already downed. It's a lose lose situation for players who've done what they're supposed to, IE knock the enemy. It's rewarding (situationally of course) RNG rather than mechanical skill should people pull off the revive. I think it'd be better personally if instead of being a self-revive, it'll fully charge your shield upon being revived with a 2x use.
