@SILVERisSORRYSomehow, in Plat 4, I'm always the last one standing in my team, and somehow, I'm always the one trying to find a spot in that last circle, and getting lasered by 8 teams having secured a position, all the while running like a headless chicken in the middle of said circle simply trying to stay alive! lolol It's absolute chaos, and nothing like previous rank seasons.
The skill ceiling in Plat is still to this day pred pre-stacks, was reading somewhere that we should have already reached a bell curve with Gold being the peak, we're obviously far from that bell curve imo. If anything, Respawn should remove the split reset, cause ranks are taking way too much time to settle with players obviously playing in ranks they shouldn't be playing.
As for pubs, I hate it, I don't play it unless it's duos for a quick warmup before rank....I always know what is going to happen regardless, teammate insta dies, insta leaves. Rarely does anyone bother staying in the game anymore.
I actually have a hard time getting Sniper BR star bonuses because in Pubs so many people hot drop, we're in a fight before I can even have time to either find one or line up a shot not at point blank range.
Quitting is what you do in Pubs now, because there's really no point to sticking around if you down.
Having said that, and sadly, Pubs is still way more fun than ranked right now. I've become used to either playing Apex dropping hot in pubs, or just playing something else. It's not like I gave up on Apex, but the options are so much more limited now I just play other things more and Apex less, you know, when I'm able to deal with it.
As it stands, they need to bring back Control for me to increase my playtime again. The choices are not great for entertainment with the game right now, at least not compared to what they were.
Each new Season I want a new game to appear even more bro.I couldn't agree more with what u r saying . All this multiplies by 3 when u a Solo player too.
