I think that every badge for levels is already "legend based", it's just a design. If you see carefully, Level 200 looks like wraith, 300 like bloodhound, 400 like bangalore and 500 like path
@MrCarri-X Didn’t know that! From the image it seems that
200 = Wraith
300 = Bloodhound
400 = Bang
500 = Path

So definitely LL is 600 and Octane is 700. That’s the max level for now based from the leaks. I still think they should just max it out to 1000.
