Season 3 Predator Badge

Hi, I got season 3 predator on Xbox, and later switched to PC. However when my accounts merged, I didn't receive the badge, I only received the Predator Trail. I have attached screenshot. Can anyone help me?

    General_Evie​ Was your PC Account marked as the primary account when Cross-Progression had hit your account?

    If it was, then sadly the PC's stats and badges were chosen as the main stats and badges, (which would of overwritten/removed stats and badges from other platforms).

    In other words, while our accounts were "merged", stats and badges were excluded, (which does also mean that if you had gotten 20 kills or 4k damage badges on your Xbox, your PC account won't have those badges unlocked after Cross-Progression had hit your account).

    Yes it was, I was worried I would lose my heirlooms I had gotten on PC, thank you for the help <3

    General_Evie​ Yeah, its only the stats and badges that weren't merged along with the account's individual levels and ranks.

    The following will be merged:

    1. Every cosmetic, (with skins that are platform exclusive being only useable on that platform, (i.e, the Pathfinder Switch skin being only useable on the Switch)), (any dups will also be lost, so if you own two of the same skin, holospray, heirloom, etc., you will sadly be left with only one copy of that item with no refunds)
    2. Each type of currency will be in the same wallet, (with the Switch's Apex Coins and Exotic Shards being locked to its own wallet)
    3. Every Apex Pack will be merged and accessible from any of your linked platforms
