@Wveasle if your phone has unlimited data then turn the phone into a hotspot, put it in the area of the best signal in the room (usually near the window) and download the whole S8 dl through it.

I have to play Apex like that sometimes when the WiFi is poor. 

I dont have unlimited Hotspot just unlimited data

Well I have the game downloaded on the Xbox. I just need the most recent update to actually play it so I was hoping to download the file and transfer it to the Xbox. You can do xbox to xbox updates without any internet so I'm hoping I can do the same thing with my phone as the media drive
