How is it okay that this person gets only temp banned for abusing a speedhack glitch for 2 days straight on multiple accounts? Any other user would have been perma banned as it is a violation of ToS. On top of that he has been very toxic to other players regularly, albeit not in text chat but only in voice chat, and also toxic towards the game devs themselves. Why does Respawn still make an exception? Why should Streamers not have to abide to the same rules as everyone else? (CM: Edited to remove name. Please do not share names on the forums. It is considered naming and shaming)

Technically he’s cheating. These are the terms and conditions that you agree to follow when you play the game. Exploits are considered cheating in this game. Taxi should’ve been grateful that they lowered the ban from a perma ban to a suspension.I think some of the people here missed the mark why this is an issue. I really don’t care about what happens to Taxi or any other streamer. The issue is that Respawn should have no special treatment when implementing their rules on players whether you’re just a guy in your living room or a huge streamer with thousands of people watching you. It’s easy to say that you couldn’t care less but when a popular streamer does this and everyone does and copies the exploit, I’m pretty sure you’ll be pissed too. I’m lucky that I didn’t experience the infinite Rampage charge exploit since I’m on console but I can imagine that can be very annoying.

@SlivPTS Yeah sorry you are wrong, they don't all rip on it. Some need the negativity for their streams because without it they are nothing. Nickmercs one of the biggest twitch streamers there is, is incredibly positive about the game.

I watch many streamers and none of them like Apex anymore. They constantly say bad things about game and developers (on pretty much every stream) and if not money/viewers, they would switch to other games immediately.Banning Taxi2G will have no negative impact on player base, but there is small chance that small wave of negativity can turn into much bigger wave. And you know all these internet warriors/cancel culture... nobody wants to deal with them.

@fartnitepalyerHe even had a cringe back and forth with Josh Medina (dev) on twitter. Annoying that he only got a slap on the wrist while average joes in this forum get permanent bans (most of them deserve it though).

The email he got said that it was a perma ban but Josh Medina basically said why are you crying so much for a temporary ban. I guess they reversed the perma ban.

I watch many streamers and none of them like Apex anymore. They constantly say bad things about game and developers (on pretty much every stream) and if not money/viewers, they would switch to other games immediately.

@fartnitepalyer Not all bugs or exploits will give a permanent ban. Sometimes it's a 3-5 day suspension up to even 30 days. Some also can give a flat-out ban depending on the severity of it.

@hayhor wrong? Please explain why opinion of NICKMERCS has higher value, than let's say from Albralelie (or many other PRO players from US and RU)? Only because he has more viewers? As far as i know NICKMERCS is new to apex. How long he is playing? 6 months?

Also don't forget that there is not so many alternatives for streamers who like fast BR games. If Nicholas switched from Warzone to Apex, then what other alternatives he has? Usually you are not talking trash about something what helps you make money (especially with no alternatives).

Here's how to not be affected by it...don't watch streamers.
Honestly, it's not worth it anyway. And cheating wouldn't get a pass if there wasn't an obvious bias because people watch a game's stream

Taking in consideration how long he is playing game, i think Albs opinion has higher value.

I wrote "I watch many streamers". I didn't wrote that i watch ALL streamers, right? So how can i be wrong? Streamers i watch are not happy with state of the game.
If you watch someone who thinks that Apex is in perfect state, than it's ok. I am not saying that such streamer doesn't exist and you are wrong, right?
