@ILostT0Loba I don't see the point of that tbh. It's easy to take down a spammer. And I can't see it making it much harder to chase people.

@GH0STEDbyME Octane always had very high 1v1 encounter win rate. Maybe the recent buffs pushed him further on the top, so they are trying to reduce some mobility creep.

I will see how it affects him after the nerf.
