@1234smile4321 As someone who is maining Octane now that damage you take does matter. Spamming your stim is the dumbest thing you can do when you play him and his catapult is really easy to predict apart from the 2nd jump. What they should do to balance him out and should have been added to Octane's kit in the first place is that his stim should not work if his health is too low.

@Daze623 Nah, the stim damage heals back instantly, and is easily ignored. I played a lot of Octane. He's OP as it gets, right next to Horizon. He's one of the strongest solo fraggers. His pad is too strong of an engagement tool.

Again, movement speed is everything. In every game. Ever. People like to sleep on that, but joke heroes like Wattson, Bangalore, etc., being on the same cast as Octane and Horizon shows that the dude in charge of balancing this game is sniffing the Overwatch glue.

@1234smile4321 I understand Wattson but Bangalore really? Bangalore has one of the best escape mechanics in the game and is a solid legend without being too oppressive. She is far from a joke legend, you're probably thinking of Rampart and Fuse.

I'm not surprised that there are mobility based legends in this game after all this game was marketed as a hero shooter BR.

  @Daze623 Her smoke might have its uses but it's a joke compared to Octane's kit. Best escape? Dawg, a smoke wall that a digi negates, or a catapult? Her ult sucks too, even if it's extremely noisy and does a lot of damage, you can basically drag your face across your keyboard and escape it.

    @1234smile4321 And how many times do you get a digi threat? if you describe abilities like that obviously they'll look weak but there's a reason why they rarely buff/nerf Bang cause she's a pretty balanced legend at the moment. She's not overpowered like Horizon,Gibby and Octane but she's also not a joke like Rampart and Fuse.

  She is bang average atm. She was at good spot, before they overbuffed some lgends.
  Having the best escape mechanism? Really? This is entirely untrue. Her tactical is actually a good disengage ability, but there is a big difference between the two, you know?
  Every average Pathfinder, Octane, Wraith, Bloodhound and even Horizon will catch you.
  As far as her smoke in terms of fight, the situation is 50/50, cause you never know if the enemies doesn`t have DT, on top of that Bloodhound directly counter her, which is a complete joke. Horizon Q also counter it. Not to mention some people for some reason are using macros to see through the smoke, and still beaming you without problems.
  Bangalore is pretty much useless in High Rank and in Competition.
  She is only viable due to ShivFPS.
  I also mains here, but she ain`t nothing special. Her hitbox is not hard to hit, her strafing animation is garbage level.
  Tho i never really wanted to see her kit changed. But some legends are getting way too over the top, and while she is not touched by default she is getting worst, cause others are receiving buffs.
  As far as Octane goes. I think he is okay. The only thing they should nerf or let me say redo is the healing. Its too fast. Bring his old passive, that was actually punishing if you spam his Q. Other than that he is okay.
