I encountered the same issue. My account has nearly 4,000 hours of playtime and owns 31 Mythic items. This is also the game I've played the longest and invested the most in. I was banned on March 16th at 18:29:46, which was exactly when my last match ended. I had been in the game since 13:37:03 that day (all this information comes from the DSAR ). I played all afternoon until I was banned. I had already played several consecutive matches of Bot Royale before the ban, and my last match was also Bot Royale. In that match, I got 20 kills—it was my best game ever, with the highest kills and accuracy. Then they banned my account. I was banned the moment the "Champion" screen appeared, and I didn't even get to see the animation afterward. This clearly shows that I was banned because of my performance in that match.
I also have another account, and on March 14th I used that account to play with friends on the same device. As of today, that account is still normal. I can say with certainty that I did not use any cheating software, nor did I use any form of hardware cheating. I have no reason to risk my high-value account by cheating, especially in Bot Royale mode. Yet they still banned my account, also citing "gameplay enhancements." I kept the instant replay from the five minutes before the ban, and even though I prepared very thorough evidence to appeal, I only received a template rejection email.
I strongly suspect that EA's anti-cheat system cannot distinguish between real players and AI players, and that they do not adjust the anti-cheat thresholds for different modes. We all know EA's track record—my suspicion is most likely the truth. You are not alone. Behind you, there are many players who were banned for the same reason. Stay strong.
