Do you mean you were told that your ban would be upheld?You will only mechanically repeat the wrong method!
To my knowledge, (and understanding), the provided methods are the correct, (and only), way to appeal an EA Account ban.
I want to ask if anyone in the TOS team is working seriously? Please tell me that my appeal has been rejected every time.
