Two Accounts Banned With No Reason Given - TOS Appeal Pending for Weeks

Hi everyone,
I need help with a serious issue. Both of my Apex Legends accounts were permanently banned, but I was never given a reason.
The Problem:

Account names: DDAVA3 
Both banned simultaneously
No ban reason shown in ban history
No email explanation
No notification of what rule was violated

What I've Done:

Submitted official TOS appeal immediately
Status: "Your appeal is being processed - Pending"
Waiting for several weeks with zero response
Checked all email folders - nothing from EA

What I'm Asking For:
I'm not even asking for immediate unbanning. I just want:

What was the reason for the ban?
What rule did I allegedly violate?
What evidence led to this decision?

Why This Matters:
Getting banned is one thing, but getting banned without any explanation and then being ignored for weeks feels completely unfair. Every player deserves to know why their account was banned.
The ban history shows nothing. The appeal shows "Pending" with no updates. I have no information at all.
Request:
Can someone from EA/Respawn please review Case #[225294624] and at least provide the ban reason?
I can't even begin to understand or dispute the ban if I don't know what I'm accused of.
Has anyone else experienced bans with no reason given? Any advice on getting a response from TOS?

    DDAVA3​ Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, (which you mentioned that you had already reached out to, so you would need to wait for a reply).

    As for not receiving an email, you can check your spam folder as it may be there, or you can check your penalty history through EA Help.

    Hmm, that's strange.

    Whenever someone gets banned, they are told what they got banned for. As for the evidence that lead to the ban, EA typically doesn't share that, (especially if it was for cheating).

    I have seen a few threads about not getting a response, (or the issue was that cases were not being created).

    From what I know of, you would need to be patient if you had already created a case, (or try reaching back out to the EA TOS Team again if the case wasn't being created).

    GB18030​ Its nice to see people with such great friends, however since the issue is an account related issue, DDAVA3​ would need to be the one to appeal their ban to the EA TOS Team.

    LpShigure​ Sadly, no.

    Once the EA TOS Team informs you to "not expect anything further", that does mean that the ban will be upheld. Furthermore, since the EA TOS Team are the only ones who can handle EA Account bans, there isn't any other way to appeal your EA Account ban.

    I'm DDAVA3's friend and want to vouch for him.

    About DDAVA3: I have played with him many times, and I swear to God he has NEVER used cheats, DMA devices, macros, or any tools that violate TOS. He plays fairly and legitimately.

    Why this concerns me: As someone who also plays Apex regularly, I know anti-cheat systems can sometimes trigger false positives due to hardware or software conflicts. My friend deserves at minimum an explanation of what caused the ban.

    Request: Please review Case #225294624 and provide the ban reason. Being banned without explanation and ignored for weeks is unfair to any player.

    I've had a very similar experience. My account was also suspended for "gameplay enhancement," though I'm certain I didn't violate any rules. I went through the official appeal process, but my case was rejected and the appeal channel was eventually closed.

    Has anyone found alternative paths to resolve this, or has anyone in a similar situation managed to get their account reinstated? Any insight would be appreciated.
