Unblocked user not showing in the unblocked list

You should be able to see a list of EA players you've blocked here:

If you play on a console, it might be worth checking out their articles on how to unblock players, in case they show up on the console's block list instead:

I found another helpful thread here on the forums. Apparently you can just search for your friend again, and then you'll see an option to unblock them. Can you give that a go and let me know if it works?
