Parabola related: for a given amount of energy, a 45 degree launch angle will achieve the greatest distance.
Less parabola related: the Saturn 5 rocket that got us to the moon had the equivalent of about 160 Million horsepower.
No matter which way I insert them, earplugs with L and R stamped on them feel exactly the same.
