As a player I agree with you 100% down the line. As an EA shareholder I silently put enormous amounts of pressure on the developer to maximize shareholder profit. New legends are money makers. Over-powered new legends make even more money. Money, money, money. I know I'm not telling anyone anything they don't already know, but it needs restating every now and then.
For the record, if EA actually asked me whether I would choose gameplay over profit, I would chose gameplay. But that would put me very much in the minority of shareholders. And that's probably as it should be. Retirement should realistically take precedence over entertainment. Now if you want to have a discussion about how post-industrial capitalism forces those two things to be mutually exclusive... well, that's a discussion for another time.

@reconzero Well said sir, mostly agree, take my upvote. You know what, I actually won't even mind her being OP, if I didn't have her on my team like 70% of the time and seem to face teams with her in them roughly the same. It seems like at this point you need her otherwise you are at a disadvantage. Moneymaker or not, I don't believe that's good for a game in the long run. Many ways to make money and this just seems lazy tbh. And I'm just so sick of her stupid arrogant voice lines by now too. Annoyingly obnoxious character. It's like with the complaints we see with Seer. I don't like him, but I don't experience him as being a problem at all as I hardly ever run into him.
