Verhulst and damage problems in Apex

Evan Verhulst, Algs Player and Youtuber well known as one of the best aimers in apex, made a recent video short for YouTube where you see him unload a whole clip of a Car SMG into a player for almost no damage.  Here it is:

Something to note here is not only does Verhulst do little to no damage to this player, but the player puts up no offense since he more than likely doesn't even see Verhulst on his screen, and an off screen player knocks Verhulst here very quickly due to the issues.  All 3 players appear to be experiencing issues here.

Maybe since even top players are having these issues they will be that much closer to fixing them.

This is an excellent example of what myself and others have been complaining about on here.  I haven't started filming my gameplay yet, but I'm glad I was able to find a good example of what I've been experiencing daily in the game for the past two seasons.
