Weird Animations.

Does anyone knows what happen after this patch?

When I'm using Med Kit, yesterday was the normal 'injecting the syringe into the arm' but today the injecting was blur out and way below my screen. 

ALL the stats has xxxxxx.00 <-- why has dot 2 more digits?
