What is the opinion on the Gold Knockdown shield?

Too slow, too noisy, too rare, and too situational. Admittedly it has won me a few, maybe like 6 games. 90% of the time you get it and get knocked, you might as well just curl up into the fetal position and let the enemy team kill you. 7% of the time you'll ALMOST get it off and get killed. 2% of the time you'll get it off and get killed. The last 1% is when you get it off, full heal, and either clutch the game or die.
