Where to upload video of 100% aim kids I have been spectating in ranked?

Hello,

I tried the report function but it didn't allow me to upload the video proof. I reported this person last week and they are still playing in ranked, sad. 

A shout out to these guys for their incredible plays in teaching us to shoot people in the feet for crits.

PS. their names will be deleted in less than 5 mins but somehow they can still play for weeks cheating.
