Why do players use lifeline when they don't know her abilities?

@Marge010 This is why I am proudly a Lifeline main with over 1000 kills, the heirloom, and close to 100 wins. No one knows how to use her, except the enemies. Only enemies are good at using her, never teammates, just enemies.
