Why is this phrase blocked?!

There was a REALLY toxic fuse on my team, I got called the f word (the slur, not the swear) I replied with “Why do u hate gays??” And it came out as “why do you hate ******”  gay is not a swear word, I’m happy to educate anyone in the whole history of the word and it’s uses. It being blocked completely negated my ability to confront the offender and instead had him mocking me saying I’m going to get banned, top notch system, blocking words that aren’t even close to bad.
