@XLnarrator When and pick rate is what determines things in terms of balancing as far as i know.

@XLnarratorThey keep track of a lot of stats to try and balance things. For example their excuse for all the caustic nerfs are he wins too much in 20 minute games.

@hayhor So ur telling me whoever hits the bottom pick rate they'll get a buff?

The WinRate Overall should be a term. So the stats can be more precise

@XLnarrator I mean nerfs in my post about caustic so I fixed it.

And yes I'm telling you they use statistics with player feedback to determine who to buff and nerf. Some changes to legends are harder and take more time tho.

@XLnarrator They're already using the exact statistics you're recommending when analysing legend data is what hayhors saying.
So yes, in short.
However as he also said its not quite so clean cut as "x legend has x winrate, this is too low. Let's throw a buff at them"

@XLnarrator This has been a factor of balancing from day one. Win and pick rates as well as some other aspects. But they openly say the win and pick rate on a legend is what lands a legend a nerf or buff as they see an overwhelming amount of data to make a choice.

But I didn't need to be jumped by 2 1/2 Devs.

xlegend isnt that easy to balance
Theyve "been using that suggestion"
And low rate/ high wins isn't easy to balance .

You put a dab of water in the skillet to see if the oil is hot.

Also Wattson fences aren't working. Seriously, like dead serious her slow and blur doesn't work

@XLnarrator We are not devs we are volunteers who help answer questions or explain things.

Way they most likely think of it is people play to win. They will play the meta that wins. So when a legend such as wraith as example was number 1 picked number 1 win rate changes was made to her every season till she finally started to go down. When Horizon launched her win and pick rate as far as I can remember that is dropped her to top 5 and allowed more legends to be played verse the one who leads the race.
