Wraith is just bad now

@Sir_Named no, stack as in, when she uses both her Q and Ulti at the same time, her speed bonuses won't stack cumulatively. So when she ults, she gets a 25% movespeed bonus, which will as you say negate the -20% speed from pressing Q. But after this patch https://apexlegends.gamepedia.com/January_14,_2020_Patch she will no longer get both buffs cumulatively. Meaning instead of a 55% movespeed bonus (25% from ulti and the new 30% from Q), it'll cap at 30%.
