O que acontece? I "bought" rampart with legend tokens but ended up getting Loba, i ended up equiping loba but my friend told me to contact EA Suport because they me able to solve my issue

Como podemos encontrar o erro? I am not sure, i selected rampart and when i bought the screen was showing rampart and not Loba althought i am not sure what the name in the top left was.
Hi guys i would like to know if it possible to get a legends tokens refunds or a way to get the legend that i intended to buy. Which was rampart. The glitch happened after i finished a ranked arenas match, i went to buy rampart and everytime was okay until i finished the puchase. I am 100% sure that i saw rampart in the buying screen, i mean the screen that appears after buying the legend. But when i went to equip her i noticed that i indeed bought Loba. I am currently a free to play player, so in order for me to buy another Legend it would take 23 more levels. I would like to see if this problem can be solved and i could actualy get rampart without having to grind or use money to buy her.
