Wrongful ban
My account got banned somewheren in the last year. I just tryed to play apex after a year and it says banned. I live in turkey and in turkey there is an exan for applying to university. Last year was hell studying non stop fkr that exam, even sold my pc to avoid wasting my time. After the exam i found out my valorant account was stolen and used hacks on. I vontacted riot and got my account back and lifted the ban. That was few months ago. Know that i foun out my apex also got banned so i suspected the same thing and contacted ea support. In two days i got a reply denying my claim, saying i broked user agreament? Which is crazy stupid since i didnt even play the game. I contacted them again but afraid of just getting bot answers. I have some skins even spent real money and 300 hours in game with horrrible stats. How could i been cheating?WHAT CAN I DO pls someone help meee. Thank you for your time♥️
