@reconzeroI play no fill all the time. I never have a 10 minute wait for a queue. The longest it goes is 2 or 3 minutes usually. If you queue with a team and do your own thing the majority of the time while being annoyed I say just no fill.

Obviously this is not an option in ranked 😅
- hayhor3 years agoHero@Lord_Scorpion34 If it was I'd probably play it.
- Lord_Scorpion343 years agoLegend@hayhor I will admit so far this split I've gotten farther & points solo either cuz my team died early on or cuz I chose not to follow them.

"Obviously this is not an option in ranked"
That depends entirely on the mindset of the player. If you believe that rank is a ladder that must be climbed to the highest possible rung, then ratting solo will not fulfill your dreams of diamond two, or wherever. But if you believe that rank is a description of where you are as a player (and largely of where matchmaking is) then rank is just a number and the benefit of playing ranked is (in theory) tighter matchmaking and a higher likelihood of squadmates and enemies who adhere more closely to the meta.
Rank is a game that developers play with people who crave acceptance. And a game players play with each other because their ultimate motivation is a paralyzing fear that their natural endowment is inferior to the next guy's. Free yourself of that mindset and suddenly ranked gameplay becomes just gameplay. Nothing to chase. Nothing to prove. Just another match like any other. Save your anxiety for things in life that really matter, like work, family, and purpose. - hayhor3 years agoHero
@reconzeroOmg that 2nd paragraph is spot on with how I feel about ranked.

@reconzeroI meant paragraph! But that sentence wasn't wrong either.
